Booking Information
Booking Policy:
Please book appointments at minimum of 3 hours in advance. There is a booking fee of $25 to hold appointment slot. This will be applied toward any service completed.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at time of service. We do not take payment plans or offer credit at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
Please alert us to cancellations or reschedule requests at least 1 hour before your appointment so we can better accommodate you. Appointments not cancelled within the allotted time frame, or are a “no show” will be charged a $25 fee (the fee used at the time of booking will be applied)
Travel Fee:
Free within 20 miles of Richmond, Texas. $35 fee applies at distance further than 20 miles.
